Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders below ₹499.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping will be done only after re-confirmation and payment of additional shipping charges, if applicable.
