Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
Shipping Duration
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship across all major cities and towns in India.
- For remote or restricted locations, please confirm availability by contacting us before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders below ₹499.
Packaging
- All food products are packed with utmost care using food-safe, hygienic, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness and quality during transit.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
- You can also track your order anytime on our website under the “Track Order” section.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, it will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping will be done only after re-confirmation and payment of additional shipping charges, if applicable.
