Refund Policy – Brahm Foods (A2 Gir Cow Ghee)
At Brahm Foods, we strive to provide the highest quality A2 Gir Cow Ghee to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our product, we follow a strict refund policy outlined below.
1. No Refunds on Opened or Used Products
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, tampered with, or used in any form, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we will require:
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product
- The original packaging
- Your order ID and contact details
Once verified, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, based on the nature of the damage and availability.
3. Incorrect Product Received
In the rare event that you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. For eligible cancellations, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery
- Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control
- Taste or personal preference issues
